There is a preliminary arrangement that Russian petrochemical group Lukoil-Neftehim will invest about $0.5 billion in the Ivano-Frankivsk oblast over the period until 2010. The trilateral agreement among the company, the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast State Administration and the city of Kalush is expected to be signed this April.
