Objective — Business Assistance Center
1.1 City Hall to establish one contact office to provide business community with comprehensive services, in the nature of a one-stop shop.
Strategies
1.1.1 City Manager will identify types of services to be provided by the Center by January 1999.
1.1.2 City Manager will organize coordination of activities for businesses within the City Hall by February 1999.
1.1.3 City Manager will hire required workers and allocate space and equipment for the new Center, so that it can start its operations by March 1999.
1.1.4 Business Development Commission of the Rada will analyze and evaluate the first six months of operations of the Center by September 1999.
Objective — Business Calling Program
1.2 Development Fund (RF), Chamber of Commerce (OHK), and city will monitor needs of the business community by regular business calling program and annual business attitude survey.
Objective — Active Participation of Entrepreneurs in the City’s Decisions
1.3 City Hall will ask business associations to nominate their representatives to participate in selected Commissions of the Rada.
Objective — Business-related Regulation Review System
The city will to establish a system of consultations and recommendations for changes in municipal ordinances and by-laws concerning the city’s business climate.
