General objective:
Workshop will introduce the role of property in FDI attraction and basic management principles of industrial site development.
Particular objectives:
- Define principles and “sample solutions” for the management of industrial sites development in Ukraine;
- Stress importance of the economic and financial analyses for preparation of industrial sites (feasibility, cost-benefit analyses);
- Introduce the context of urban planning / construction regulations for industrial sites development and provide examples of successful approaches.
After Workshop 3, the participants should be able to:
- Understand significance of property in FDI attraction;
- Create feasibility study and/or cost-benefit analysis for industrial site;
- Manage an industrial site development.
